He was predeceased by: his sister Marguerite Geer; and his grandson Alex Patenaude. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Patenaude (Murphy); his children, Jean Augusto (Fernando) of Somerset, MA, Michelle Jervis (Bob) of Charlton, MA, Joel Patenaude (Judy Hoffstein) of Montclair, NJ and Kathryn Vincent (Michael) of Raleigh, NC.; his grandchildren, Sarah Augusto, Jenny Augusto, Elisabeth Peixoto, Zachary Stevens, Ryan Stevens, Sophie Patenaude, David Patenaude and Cameron Vincent; his great grandchildren, Mia Peixoto, Olivia Peixoto and Everly Stevens; and his parents, Joseph A. and Lena C. Patenaude (Jewell).
