He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Wagstaff and Mary A. Wagstaff (Locke); and his wife Joan Wagstaff (Tuberosa). He is survived by: his sons, David M. Wagstaff of Greenfield and Matthew S. Wagstaff of Natick; and his grandchildren, Helena, Reid and Elizabeth Wagstaff.
