He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Montanari and Doris Montanari (Balboni). He is survived by: his wife Rita; his sons, James Montanari (Christina) of Danvers, MA and Michael Montanari (Dana) of Edmonds, WA; his grandchildren, Samuel, Elizabeth, Madelyn, Spencer and Patrick; his brother Allan Montanari (Charlene) of Wellesley; and his parents-in-law, Fay, Ireland Angela, Peg, Noel (Mary) and Eamon (Loretta). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
