He was predeceased by : his parents, Leo Wilber Songer and Mary Katherine Songer (McNulty); and his sister Marilyn. He is survived by : his wife Mary Jane (McAuliffe); his children, Julie, Eileen (Dan McCarthy), Tim and Dan; and his grandchildren, Daniel McCarthy (Claudia-Liss Schultz), Hope McCarthy (Mike Ciardelli) and Mia Songer.
