He was predeceased by : his parents, Giovanni D'Antignana and Maria D'Antignana. He is survived by : his wife Grace D'Antignana; his daughter Luisa O'Toole (Mike) of Wellesley; his grandchildren, Christopher O'Toole (Jessica), Caroline O'Toole and Patrick O'Toole; and his sisters, Anita Guigovaz and Olga Sturmar of Trieste, Italy..
