He was predeceased by: his wife Mary "Theresa" Harte; and his sister Mary Grey. He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda M. Waters (Joseph) of Quincy and Michelle L. Harte of Weymouth; his grandchildren, Meaghan, Sean and Kyle Waters; his siblings, Walter Harte of Dublin, Bridie Keavney, Sr., Nora Harte and Peggy Meehan; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy, Dave Sanford of Wellesley, Kathleen, David O'Keefe of Cork and Moira Harte of Dublin, Ireland.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
