She was predeceased by: her husband Waldo E. Pratt, III; her siblings, Jack, Charlie and Mary; and her parents, Loretto B. Whalen and John P. Whalen.
She is survived by: her sister Rita Whalen McCaffrey; her children, Kathleen Weld (Kit), W. Elliott Pratt, IV (Tricia), Nancy Hurley and John Whalen Pratt (Juliet); and her sister-in-law Burkey Pratt. She is also survived by grandchildren and 2 great-granddaughters.
