He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard E. Holtje and Helen M. Holtje (Griffin); his son Steven; and his sister AnnMarie Webb. He is survived by: his brother David Holtje of Florida; and his daughters, Margaret of Brattleboro Vermont and Lili Woodman (Kenneth) of Framingham. He is also survived by three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
