He was predeceased by: his parents, Helga Monroe Switzler and William Monroe. He is survived by: his son Skyler; his brother William; his niece Robin Switzler (Stephanie Sullivan); his former wife Michelle Monroe (Meyers); and his stepfather Royall Switzler.
