He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Lavine and Robert Lavine; and his siblings, Helen Jacobson (Ben), Herbert Lavine (Terri) and Alfred Lavine.
He is survived by: his wife Dena (Waldman); his daughters, Marcia Stone (Steven) and Donna Lavine (Lamar Mitchell); his grandson Jonathan Stone (Annette Glotfelty); and his sister-in-law Marilyn Attenberg.
