With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James P. Meachen of West Boylston, Massachusetts, born in Mastic Beach, New York, who passed away on November 15, 2023 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his brother Forrest "Butch" Meachen; and his parents, James H. Meachen and Veronica R. Meachen. He is survived by : his children, Christina Catino (Marc), Codey and Joshua Meachen; his brother Thomas Meachen (Sharon); his nephews, Tom, Jason, Matt and Ryan; his niece Kelly; his wife Cheryl; and also Jenna Arcand.
