He is survived by : his children, Richard of Austin, TX, Robin Melavalin (Diane Hammer) of West Roxbury, MA, John (Brett Warren) of Yarmouth Port, MA, Edward (Dawn Walnut) of Brewster, MA, William (Elizabeth) of Buffalo, NY and Alison Melavalin of Centerville, MA; his brother Andrew of Woodstock, IL; and also Parke. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
