She is survived by: her sons, Sean P. Carlson of West Roxbury, Richard D. Carlson of West Roxbury and David A Carlson of West Roxbury; and her siblings, Clifford J. Holmes, Jr. of Sandusky, OH, Sharon L. Lupichuk (Peter) and Connie Holmes (Tina) of Dorchester. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
