She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Harold F. Strickland; her children, Bernadette Montalvo (Miguel) of Amherst, N. H. and James "Jim" Strickland of West Roxbury; her granddaughters, Alyssa Powers and Corinne Rastogi; her great grandchildren, Finley and Weston Powers; and her sister Dorothy Phillips of Sunnyvale, CA.. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
