He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Blais and Nancy Blais (Kiczek); and his sister Nancy Wrobel. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer L. Blais (Avonti) of West Springfield; his children, Katy White of Warren, Anthony Blais of Springfield, Brandon Blais of Los Angelos, Joe Blais of West Springfield, Mikayla and Little T.; his brother Scott Blais (Karen) of Southwick; his nieces and nephews, Scott Jr., Nick, Abbie and Jake; and his close friends, Dave Demusis, Todd Ulasewich and Carm Vincelette.
