He was predeceased by: his parents, August Ferreira and Mary Ann Ferreira (Dascanio). He is survived by: his siblings, Frank Ferreira (Patricia J.) of Chicopee and Patricia A. Schauer (Marvin) of Longwood, CO; and his siblings' children, Dayna Nethercott (Kevin), Toni Urban (Hayes), Sharon Lynch-Wilson, Kelly Lynch (Joseph Shelly) and Tina Matheney (Matthew).
