He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Guiel; and his brother Steven. He is survived by: his mother Sandra Guiel (Gumlaw); his wife Cheryl Guiel (Simpson); his children, Alisha Simpson, Christina Guiel, Joshua Fitzpatrick, Anthony and Philip Guiel; his grandchildren, Cesar, Anthony, Skyler, Wyett Diaz and Levi Daniel Simpson; and his sisters, Laurie Guiel Ashe (Russell) and Wendy Guiel. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
