He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Anthony and Clara Hansmann (Schranz) of Minnesota; his sister Mary Racek Johnson (Thom) of Moorhead, MN; his son James Lane Hansmann of Springfield; his brother Robert Hansmann (Bob) of Salina, KS; and his children, David (San Francisco), Robert (Southwick), Scott (West Springfield), Michael Hansmann (Springfield) and Christina Lockwood (Agawam). He was also cherished by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces and cousins.
