He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Pauline Duvall and Christy Nekitopoulos; his wife Faith Nekitopoulos (Nelson); his children, Kathleen Nekitopoulos, John Nekitopoulos, Jr. (Anne), Susan Maxfield (Ed) of West Springfield and Rae Etta Crary (Tim); his stepdaughters, Cheryl Davies (Tom) and Bonnie Brown; his sister Eva Wild of Phoenix, AZ; his nephew Greg Medford; his niece Renee Medford; and also Jason Demerski (Kim). He was also cherished by fifteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.
