He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Burbank and Celia Burbank. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Vaselacopoulos; his children, Jeremy Burbank of Enfield, Catina "Tina" Lane (Richard Gura), Spfld and Celeste Orwat (Mark) of Centerville, VA.; his grandchildren, David, Nicholas, Ricki, Emma, Zach, Tessa and Natalie; his great grandchild Vivienne Rose; and his siblings, Richard and Linda Foote.
