She was predeceased by: her parents, Cooper Westbrook and Priscilla Mae Westbrook (Milledge); her son Harold Lee Dukes Jr.; her grandson Joseph M. Hernandez; and her siblings, Earline Westbrook, Evelyn Westbrook, Geraldine Westbrook, Gail Westbrook, Willie James Westbrook, Cooper Westbrook Jr., Claude Westbrook, Wade Westbrook, Rudene Westbrook, Danny Westbrook and Kenny Westbrook.
She is survived by: her children, Crystal Dukes, Tommie Dukes, Alicia Brown, Anetra Brown and Jocelyn Brown; her sisters, Nina Hall, Carrie Greene, Jacqueline Westbrook-Serrano and Paulette Westbrook; and her nephew Joshua Smith. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandson.
