He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Harper and Betty Harper (Piquette); and his brother Thomas Harper. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Harper (Manley); his children, Michael Harper (Susan), Kristin Morozova (Vlad) and Katie Harper (Felix); his grandchildren, A'Myah, Cayla, Liam, Angelina, Lukis, Deana, Jailyn and Khaliah; and his brother Frederick Harper.
