He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Warner (Crowley). He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Milliken (Doug) of East Longmeadow, Diane Wolfe (Chuck) of Southwick and Cindi Warner of Southwick; his grandchildren, Jennifer Olisky (Dennis), Glenn Milliken, Chuck Wolfe (Jessica), Kevin Milliken, Adam Wolfe, Hunter Wolfe and Lily Warner; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Olivia, Madalynn and Dennis; and his sister Eleanor Warner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
