He is survived by: his wife Lynne Liquore (Phelps); his stepsons, Matthew Phelps of West Springfield and Craig Gauthier of West Springfield; his grandson Matthew Phelps Jr.; his mother-in-law Donna Davis (Larry); and his brother James (Patty) of Agawam. He is also survived by pets, Buddy and Bruce along with many friends.
