She is survived by: her parent Azelia Maillett (LeBlanc); her husband Edward J. Bastarache; her children, Denise Corcoran (Robert) of Billerica, MA, Shirley Bernoth (William) of Ayer, MA, Michael Bastarache (Donna) of Leominster, MA, Yvonne Bastarache Richards of Derry, NH and Lea Acone (Christopher) of Billerica, MA; her grandchildren, George Morse, Alicia Bongiovanni, Jayson Bastarache, Jessica Richards, Alexi Richards, Ryan Acone and Abby Acone; and her great grandchildren, Emma Bongiovanni, Olivia Bongiovanni, Michaella Morse and Anthony Bongiovanni. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
