Marguerite Sorel Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 22, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Marguerite Sorel of Westport, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Rudolph N. Sorel; her son Norman Sorel; her parents, Marie LeVasseur (Labbe) and Thomas LeVasseur; and her siblings, Yvette Collins, Armand, Roland, Lorenzo and Rudolph LeVasseur.

She is survived by : her children, Claudette Raymond, Elianne Sorel and Catherine Mendoza (Wayne) of Fall River, MA; her grandchildren, Michelle Pannoni, Steven Raymond, Shawn Raymond, Monique Scales (Mathew) and Norman Sorel Kristen Mantel (Kevin); her great grandchildren, Catherine, Bret DaCosta, Christopher Paquette, Adrionna Pannoni, Nathan, Sean Scales, Mariyah, Bentley Cabral, Landon and Chase Mantel; and her great great grandchildren, Liv DaCosta-Robinson and Reid DaCosta. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Mask wearing and social distancing will be required throughout the funeral and Hathaway Funeral Service staff will assist all in attendance.
