She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Blake and Leon Blake; and her spouse Waldo Chamberlain. She is survived by: her daughter Janet Horne (late William Horne) of Holliston; her stepson Warren Chamberlain (late Brenda Chamberlain) of Holliston; her stepgrandchildren, Laura Coughlin (Charles) and David Chamberlain (Erin Tiffany); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Rowan, Elizabeth Chamberlain, Alec Coughlin, Kayla Moore and Allen Moore.
