She was predeceased by: her spouse Joseph C. Allen; her children, David Allen (Marianne) of Hanson and Daniel Allen; and also Dyanne Townson (David) of Weymouth. She is survived by: her child Douglas Allen (Carol) of Brockton; and her wife Deborah Townson of Weymouth. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Queen Anne Nursing Home Activities Dept., 50 Recreation Park Drive, Hingham, MA 02043.
