He was predeceased by: his sibling Edward F. Dowling. He is survived by: his parents, Edward P. Dowling of Framingham and Frances Dowling (Mullens) of Framingham; his children, Michelle Dowling, Cynthia Dowling, Paula Dowling, Jimmy Dowling, Janet Dowling, Beth Doyle, Brendon Dowling, Edward Dowling and Frances Dowling; and his sibling Elena P. Dowling. He is also survived by grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
