She was predeceased by: her husband Albert L. Riva; her daughter Catherine Riva; and her parents, William Costello and Mary Costello (Dillon). She is survived by: her children, Maryann Riva of Weymouth, Alberta Bermingham, Peter Wiencko of Pembroke, Joseph (Sue), Mario (Annie) of Canton, Albert Riva, Angela Critelli (Joe) of Quincy, Risa Riva of Dorchester and Rita Murphy (John) of Quincy; her grandchildren, Christina Bermingham-Tulum, Caitlin Watson, Nicole Ortiz, Patricia Boone, Cassandra Riva, Daniel Murphy and Andrew Riva; and her great grandchildren, Oliver Tulum, Everett Tulum, Eleanor Boone, Olivia Ortiz, George Ortiz and Liam Watson.
Due to the ongoing health crisis, facemasks and proper social distancing will be required.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Catherine may be made to St. Brendan's School or to Season's Hospice.
