With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles J. Mattina (Weymouth, Massachusetts), who passed away on March 28, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his spouse Betty A. (Brown); and his sibling Angelo Mattina. He is survived by: his children, Debra Mattina of Putney, VT, Janet Herrett of Randolph, Charles Mattina Jr. of Braintree and Bonnie Howland Parrish (Edward) of Holbrook; his sibling Josephine Mattina of Quincy; his grandchildren, Wayne Herrett of Randolph and Cory Sanchez of Holbrook; and his significant other Diane Bova of Weymouth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to New England Center for Homeless Veterans, 17 Court Street, Boston, MA 02108.
