She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph H. Tobin; and her siblings, Rosalind Bell and Geoffrey Bell of London. She is survived by: her children, Tobin Bell of Malibu, Charles Tobin of Bethesda and Wendy Stahlka of Buffalo, N. Y; her grandchildren, Stacie, Michael, Allison, Justin and Cooper; and her great grandchildren, Juliet and Xavier.
