He is survived by: his sons, Ryan, Connor, Cameron Steele, Evan Maguire and Andrew Maguire; his grandson Poppi; his husband Nancy; his children, Katherine Steele (David) and Timothy Maguire (Kelly); his sister Susan Maguire of Winthrop; and his daughters, Erin and Kristen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
