He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis M. Jones (Grastorf); his son Harry E. Jones, Jr. (Carol) of Hanson; his sibling Shirley Frye; and his grandson Harry E. Jones, III. He is survived by: his children, Arlene M. Anderton (James) of Weymouth, Kathleen Napsey (Michael) of Pembroke and Stephen McKenzie (Denise) of Abington; and his siblings, Barbara Haggblom of Quincy, Thelma Burbank, Nancy and Robert Jones. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association, 1661 Worcester Road # 301, Framingham, MA 01701.
