She was predeceased by: her spouse Girard D. McCarthy; her parent Michael O'Neil; and her sibling John. She is survived by: her children, Robert G. McCarthy (Nancy) of Weymouth and Gayle M. O'Connell (Dan) of Weymouth; her parent Hannah O'Neil (Breene); and her siblings, Henry, Francis, James O'Neil, Marie Herb and Agnes McAnneny. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
