It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James S. Kelley of Weymouth, Massachusetts, born in Brockton, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 19, 2020, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Kelley and Mildred Kelley; his brothers, Richard, Daniel and Phillip; and his nephew Bryan.

He is survived by : his siblings, Margaret Kelley of Bourne and Paul Kelley (Lynn) of Wilmington, DE; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Kelley of Wilmington, DE and Fonda Elam of Kingsport, TN. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
