He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Ann Marie Littlefield (Brannen); his child Brenda O'Toole (Littlefield); his grandchildren, Christopher M. O'Toole (Jessica), Kendra M. O'Toole, David R. O'Toole and Daniel Littlefield (Caitlin); his great grandchildren, Cara-Lynn and Michael O'Toole; and his siblings, Pauline Hatfield of Fresno, CA, Douglas Martin of Easton, MA and Frederick Littlefield. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Donations in his memory can be made to the Memorial Fund at First Church in Weymouth, 17 Church Street, Weymouth, MA 02189.
