He was predeceased by: his parent Leo E. Costa Sr. He is survived by: his spouse Carolyn Kennedy Costa of South Weymouth; his children, Mark F. Costa of Pasadena, CA and Michael Costa of Dorchester; his parent Evelyn Costa (Flynn); his siblings, Carol Doherty (Neil) of Marshfield and Frances Powers (Ret); his wife Mary Costa of Ohio; and also, Papa Costa of Mary, Jack Costa and Ryan Costa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
