She was predeceased by: her parent James L. McCullagh; and her sibling James L. McCullagh, Jr.. She is survived by: her parent Celestine V. McCullagh (Cross); her sibling John A. "Jack" McCullagh (Ann) of Weymouth; and her sibling's children, John M. McCullagh of Weymouth, Laura A. McCarthy (James) of Weymouth and Mark C. McCullagh (Dina) of Whitman.
