She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick J. Collins and Margaret E. Collins (Goullard); her spouse Francis L. McCarthy; and her brother Rev. Frederick J. Collins. She is survived by: her children, Mary K. Aepelbacher of Weymouth, David F. McCarthy (Rosanne) of Quincy and Peggy McCarthy (Mark Gelo) of Malden. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
