He was predeceased by: his child Joel Conley; and his sibling William. He is survived by: his spouse Deborah (Guest); his children, Justin Conley (Julie) of Weymouth and Lynne Conley Pierce of Weymouth; his grandchildren, Andrew, Emily, Olivia, Brandon, Devon and Haley; his great grandchild Joel W. Devoted; and his sibling Leanne.

In lieu of flowers remembrances may be made to Rocky Mountain Sprit Hospice, Cody, Wyoming.
