With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Matthew L. Ehlers (Weymouth, Massachusetts), born in South Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 3, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Margaret "Peggy" M. (Long); his children, Laura Gagnon (John) of Weymouth, Karen Costello (Michael) of Quincy and Scott Ehlers (Jill) of Weymouth; his siblings, Ann Caruso, Mae Cellucci, Dorothy, Kenneth, John and Thomas Ehlers; his grandchildren, Erica, Katie, Sarah, Hailey and Michael; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Barret (Jim) and Ellen McPhilomy (Bob Schmidt). He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
