She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur Klair and Irene Dolan (Thayer); her sisters, Patricia Cray and Sally McCusker of North Quincy; her siblings' children, Lisa (John Ainslie), Karen (Bill Padon), Jim (Jacqui McCusker), Brian (Michelle McCusker), Tom (Eileen McCusker) and Matt (Carol McCusker); and her friend Pat Goldman of Whitman. She was also cherished by great grandnieces and nephew.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent in Phylis' name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
