He was predeceased by: his parent Andrea Cruz; and his sibling Marcos Ortiz of Conn. He is survived by: his spouse Lillian Cruz (Siena) of Weymouth; his children, Stephanie Cruz of Weymouth, Joseph Cruz (Sabrina Ivil-Cruz) of Weymouth and Hunter Lee Ivil-Cruz; and his siblings, Maria Ortiz of Conn, Ralphael Ortiz of Conn, Madeline Rumelle of Conn, Carlos Ortiz of Conn and Danny Melendez of Conn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
