He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lois Ambach, Richard, David and Donald Archibald. He is survived by: his wife Dorathy Archibald (Goodrow); his children, William Archibald Jr. (Kristin) and Lesley Archibald; his grandchildren, Paul of Weymouth, Ryan of Weymouth, Thomas Archibald of Weymouth, Henry Jr. of Weymouth and Ava Casciano of Weymouth; and his siblings, Jacqueline Billings and Frank Archibald.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bill's memory to the Norwell VNA and Hospice, 120 Longwater Drive, Norwell, MA 02061.
