He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret (Diorio); his daughter Nancy Flaherty; his sister Patricia Oulette; and his granddaughter Jenna Flaherty. He is survived by: his children, Susan Barry (Jim) of Braintree, Charles Flaherty of Weymouth and Christina Flaherty of Weymouth; his siblings, Sheila Flaherty of South Boston, Margaret Poole, Paul Flaherty and Veronica Carpenter; his sister-in-law Donna Flaherty; his grandchildren, Krista Perry, Jamie Barry, Kayla Flaherty and Alexander Bergen; and his great grandchildren, Anthony, Madison, McKenna and Mayleigh.
