He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Joan S. Cooney (Howard); his children, Kathleen LeBlanc of Winchendon and John E. Cooney III (Carol) of Northbridge; his grandchildren, Rianne Cooney, Ryan LeBlanc and Ashley LeBlanc; his sister Elizabeth "Betty" LeBlanc of Auburn; and his parents, John E. Sr. Cooney and Alice M. Cooney (Rogers). He was also cherished by several nephews, nieces and friends.
