He was predeceased by: his parent Harry T.; and his sister Karen Donnelly. He is survived by: his parent Ilona Blake (Harwood); his wife Margaret "Peggy" Blake (Gardner); his daughters, Heather Blake (Jeffrey Hillard) of North Adams and Jennifer Richardson (Adam) of Brockport, NY; his grandchildren, Zachary, Haleigh and Joyelle; his siblings, Sarah Felix of North Adams and Russell G. Blake of North Adams; and his nephews, John Blake and Rusty Blake.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made to either the Cancer Center at Berkshire Medical Center or the Greylock Animal Hospital Angel Fund.
