He was predeceased by: his parent Felipe Medina. He is survived by: his spouse Herminia Vega (Luciano); his children, Louis A. "Tony" Vega of Billerica, Israel Vega of Billerica, Benjamin Jr. and Jose Vega; his granddaughter Adora A. Vega; his great grandchild Liliana M. Brozonos; his parent Santa Ines Avila; his sibling Carmen Maria Vega of Brockton; and also Santos Vega of Puerto Rico. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law as well as many nieces and nephews.
