He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Churchill and Isabel M. Churchill (Gilchrest); his son Scott; and his brother Keith. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Churchill (Mosby); his daughter Kelly Churchill of Punta Gorda, FL; his siblings, Neil Churchill and Gail Wallace (Jack) of Medford, MA; and his sister-in-law Susan Couturier (Mosby) of Swansea, MA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
